Potash soap

Pure potash soap is produced on the basis of vegetable oils and potash salts. The fatty acids it contains make it very suitable for cleaning and removing pests (aphids, mites, caterpillars) on plants. Due to the natural ingredients, its use is particularly gentle and, if used properly, harmless for the plant and the user.
Application: Spray the potash soap as a 1 or 2% (10 - 20 ml per litre of water) solution. Ensure complete and even wetting of the entire plant (also treat the undersides of the leaves!). It is also possible to immerse the crown of the tree completely in a bucket of soft soap solution. When using this method, you can also reach hidden pests (e.g. in curled up leaves). Do not apply in full sun and avoid excessive input into the soil. To improve the effect (e.g. against scale, mealybugs or aphids), 10 - 30 ml (per litre of water) of pure methylated spirit can be added.
1 cap = 7ml
1% solution : 1.5 capfuls to 1 litre of water
2% solution : 3 capfuls to 1 litre of water
Note: Keep out of the reach of children. Keep away from food and feed. Wear protective gloves when using.
