Items that must be shipped by pallet and freight forwarding are marked with a corresponding addition. The cost of a pallet is in addition to the normal package prices. For all countries not listed, the price will be communicated after consultation.

Oversized packages
Items that exceed the maximum size are marked by an appropriate addition. Within Germany the shipping of oversized parcels costs 24,80 Euro. For all other countries the price will be communicated after consultation.
Island surcharge
An additional island surcharge of €18 is levied for shipping to German islands.
Multi-package shipments
Items that cannot be shipped together in one package (for example fragile plants and heavy soil bags) or if the maximum weight (25 kg) is exceeded, may result in a multi-package shipment that cannot be displayed in the shopping cart. In this case, we will contact the customer before invoicing. The cost of additional packages is borne by the recipient.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25,00 Euro. For orders below this limit, a minimum order surcharge of 5.00 Euro will automatically be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online store, it is five working days. The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting credit institution or with other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract to run and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Packing
All items are packed by us in such a way that they survive transport without damage. The packaging cannot be returned.
Plant shipping
It may not be possible to ship plants due to weather conditions (frost and heat depending on the type of plant). In such a case, you will be informed by us via the e-mail address you provided.
