For certain trees and when using Akadama or similar coarse-grained substrates, it makes perfect sense to use different grain sizes depending on the soil layer. In the lower part of the tray, the grain size should be coarse and become finer and finer towards the top. These different grain sizes can be produced very well with the soil sieve. In addition, the undesirable silty dust particles are screened out. It is available in two different sizes, with a diameter of 30 cm or 37 cm. Both have three inserts with different mesh sizes in 3, 5 and 7 mm.
