ARKA Plantscaper Liquid - superglue

The superglue from ARKA has maximum adhesive strength, is easy to use and very economical. It is actually used in aquariums for the creation of underwater landscapes (aquascaping). Here, not only stones and wood, but also plants are simply and securely fixed with the adhesive. The superglue is free from harmful substances and is safe for plants and animals. It also hardens quickly even under water.
For bonsai art, it is ideal for gluing stones firmly and permanently to a bowl, stone slab or to each other. The wading method* can even be used to create entire rock landscapes that serve as the basis for landscaping (Saikei, Penjing) or rock planting (Ishitsuki). The adhesive is also very suitable for deadwood work (Tanuki) or for fixing wire.

*The absorbent cotton method was developed by aquascapers from Indonesia. Here, some absorbent cotton is placed between the objects to be glued, which is dripped with the liquid adhesive. The cellulose absorbs the adhesive quickly and capillary and the oxygen present in the structure causes a rapid reaction. The curing process generates heat and sometimes even smoke. The contact point can then be sprinkled with rock flour or similar to make the transition optically invisible and additionally stabilize it.
