Husmann ceramics Roman Husmann came to pottery out of fascination and interest in the Asian world and its philosophy. He was particularly captivated by the calm and poise of the Japanese master potters, who produce each piece with patience and dedication. So he built his own potter's wheel and learnt the craft in practice. He now produces customised and perfectly shaped bowls in all shapes and sizes. He also makes his own glazes, which offers a wide range of possibilities. He uses eight different clays for production, which are fired in an electrically operated kiln and are therefore frost-resistant. Each bowl is made by hand and without moulds. The special distinguishing feature is the drain hole in the base in the shape of a flower.
