Ralf Hauke has been making unique and high-quality bonsai pots for many years. The bonsai lover likes natural-looking bonsai pots with interesting glazes, but such pots were difficult to find in the industrially manufactured range of bowls. So he started making bowls himself and experimented with different shapes and glazes. Today he has developed his own style and thus found a place among other well-known potters. When designing the bonsai pots, Ralf Hauke is guided by four criteria: simplicity, modesty, serenity and naturalness. He manufactures the bowls in an elaborate panel construction in white, red and black clay and then burns them at 1150-1250 degrees, which makes them frost resistant.
