These wire cutters from Ryuga are confusingly similar to the premium tool from Masakuni. In comparison, however, it reaches its limit a little faster with thicker wire diameters, but it is also many times cheaper. Otherwise, it can be used like its Japanese model and is therefore ideal for extensive and time-consuming wire work on pines and junipers. Due to the special design, you can easily hold these scissors in your hand while you wire a branch. Keep a finger in the handle so that the scissors do not slip out of your hand. In addition, even smaller branches can be removed, making this tool very effective in bonsai care. However, thicker wire should still be cut with an ordinary wire cutter to avoid damaging the tool.
