If you have any questions or problems, you can reach us by phone or e-mail (Contact). In addition, you have the possibility to be advised personally in our store in Enger. You are also welcome to bring your bonsai with you to discuss it or to have necessary maintenance work done.
Care work
Bonsai need additional care besides the daily watering and fertilizing to develop healthy and beautiful. The trees need to be regularly pruned and repotted but also maintenance pruning, pinching and wiring can be important for the development of the tree. You are welcome to have our expert staff perform these and all other maintenance tasks.
Design
The design of bonsai is a special challenge and can be gladly taken over by us. In a mutual conversation and depending on the potential and possibility of the respective plant, a design perspective is first worked out. Depending on the source material, the design can then be partially implemented directly.
Vacation care
If you are traveling and have no one to care for your bonsai during this time, you are welcome to bring the plants to us at the bonsai school. Regardless of the season, we have suitable places for outdoor and indoor bonsai for vacation care. Your bonsai will be conscientiously watered, fertilized and protected from pests by our staff. If desired, we can also carry out further care and design work during this time.
Disease care
If your bonsai is affected by diseases or pests or does not look vital and loses many leaves, you are welcome to bring it to us. In addition to an immediate treatment with appropriate pesticides, we also offer a disease care. In this case the tree stays with us for some time to regenerate under optimal growing conditions.
Wintering
In winter, all bonsai must be protected from extreme cold and drying winds. If you do not have the means for appropriate winter protection, you can overwinter your bonsai with us. In our foil houses they are protected and under optimal light and climate conditions. Your bonsai will also be regularly checked and professionally cared for. If desired, your bonsai will also be treated accordingly in spring (topiary, shaping, repotting).
